Please Review the symptoms of Heat Exhaustion:

– Cool, moist, pale skin

– Heavy sweating

– Irritability

– Headache

– Dizziness

– Nausea or vomiting

– Weakness, exhaustion, fatigue

– Elevated body temperature or fast heart rate

Heat Stroke is the next level of heat exhaustion and is a life-threatening condition. These are symptoms of Heat Stroke:

– Red, hot, dry, or moist skin.

– Very high temperature.

– Changes in level of consciousness.

– Slurred speech

– Confusion

– Vomiting.

– Rapid, weak pulse.

– Rapid, shallow breathing.

– Seizures
